CSA USA, LLC was established in 2007 by a team of professionals with over 80 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Law, Management, Sales, Marketing, and Administration.  Together they realized the need for small businesses to have a virtual 'backroom' so that they could free up time and energy to provide a quality service to their clients and to have the ability to work in a virtual environment.  These two realizations are the foundation of the affordable, unique service that CSA provides its clients today.   

Our team consists of highly skilled and trained individuals who perform the majority of their work from virtual offices to provide services to small businesses.  The ability to work in an online environment enables us to reduce our costs and continue to provide affordable solutions.  

Maggie M. Woods, Director of Operations, is the driving force behind what CSA USA, LLC is today. Her passion for small businesses and helping business owners is evident by the dedication and hard work she continues to put into CSA every day.  Originally from Indianapolis, IN, she and her family are currently enjoying the small town life in New Ross, IN, a town just East of Crawfordsvillle.  Maggie is well known in her circles as being a genuine, hard working, knowledgeable and passionate individual.  After graduating from Cathedral High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University and has since worked in a variety of professions. Her background in management, customer service, sales, bookkeeping, administration and paralegalism allows her to be a wealth of knowledge to many small businesses.  Maggie's most challenging position began in 2007 when she became a mother.  Today she and her husband, Michael, are blessed with four beautiful children.
